It's a shame and disgrace the amount of time you spend in this bank to receive service. Does it really takes 3 hours for a pin change or to withdraw funds. I wish there was a space to give them a zero. Totally a disgrace

The building is wonderful and the banking hall very spacious. The on the go banking area has made banking super convenient. Ample parking space is available for those who drive.

This is disgusting two bank teller for over 30 people in the line, there is seven counter with only two working, NCB you need to sort this out it’s. it acceptable.
