The Montego Bay, Kingston and Mandeville locations are extremely inefficient and prolong every transaction. If you have an issue with your account, you can plan on waiting in the bank for 2 - 3 hours before you see someone. To exchange or deposit money at the teller is about 20 - 30 minutes when there is a short line. SLOWER THE BETTER is their policy. I will be writing to the head office of Scotia Bank to make them aware of how bad the customer service is and how these locations are tarnishing their reputation!

Wish if i could give zero star. Mandeville branch is very slow. And this new system in place make it even more slow and complicated. It's better standing in a line atleast you know where you stand instead of a ticket with a number that they call random and not in order. Tellers are fill with attitude. And Supervisors doesn't even serve any purpose. They are of no help.
