L'Escargot

Edith Piaf accompanies your dining in this very quaint restaurant. Service is good and prompt and the food excellent. Shame about the very early close, that extra 30 minutes would make all the difference. Will definitely be back.

This is a review written during COVID. Pro: friendly staff. Although it was a bit confusing about the dine-in or take-out situation. Cons: Food was a bit disappointing. They offer Jamaican, French, Indian, Chinese and Japanese. They do a lot but doesn’t seem like they can do them too well. We tried French and Japanese. French flavor was acceptable but we think they used frozen seafood so the texture is definitely off. Japanese... sigh, there is not a single piece of raw fish in the sushi rolls. The soy sauce they used was not sushi soy sauce. Don’t learn from the American of how to make sushi please. It’s a little pricey in my opinion, especially since we can only do take-out so we can’t even enjoy the ambiance.

Amazing, sticks to the French feel and is amazing, the only thing that I might complain about is the serving size but that is only my preference, I think they are too big. Excellent place!

Possibly the best French food in Jamaica. Great personal service, great ambiance and amazing good. Make sure to try the signature escargot
