You need it they got it, at the reasonable price too. My boss wanted a book she tried every where in and around St. James and they didn't have it. I told her to call Grand Pharmacy and ask, guess what they had it. Best pharmacy and book store.

Wonderful staff and excellent service. They offer a wide variety of items and they also sell text books for all up to CAPE level!
