Mid Island Pharmacy

Poor customer service!!!!!!! Spoke to two workers; a man with a sleepy voice, answering as if I was bothering him on Friday February 19,2021. He rudely passed the phone to a lady who said 'we don't give the prices over the telephone.' All I wanted to find out was the stock availability of the item and the price before make my journey. She placed me on a long hold, I could hear the man in the background telling her to tell me that the cost is $8100.00. At that point, seeing that they were making up the cost of the item to deter me from shopping there, I told her It is fine and disconnected the phone. In modern 21st century, you have to wonder when some people will be up to par on the importance of good service to keep their business afloat. It was a terrible experience and I will never call or do business at pharmacy ever!
