Clean environment pleasant staff great service

I went to the Rubis by the stop light today and I was displeased with the level of customer service given. The cashier appears to be a trainee cashier, as she is attired in a white T-shirt and black pants. Shortly after cashing a customer before me, I went to her and I was appalled by her lack of courtesy and mannerism, as she said verbatim; "cash over there so", with a very annoyed tone of voice . What ever happened to " Please cash with the other cashier as I am trying to clear my machine". A little courtesy goes a long way, as here lack thereof rubbed me the wrong way. Had she been a courteous, I wouldn't have written this review. To the managaement if this establishment, please provide your staff with more customer service training, as your outlet is devoid of it.

Prices are very high

Efficient and very helpful staff. Has an air pump which is difficult to find at other locations around Mandeville. The shop is widely stocked and they also serve cooked meals

Friendly staff and management. A great place to do business and "hold a reasoning". Keep up the good work.
