Great service. Courteous staff. Food always fresh and delicious. Never had a bad experience before.

Every single time I visit this establishment I am greeted with warm smiles and it makes me wonder if the other fast food restaurants cant pick from the same pool of ppl as subway! Its 5 stars right across the board for me!

Service was friendly and enjoyable meal was even better...

They had a limited amount of bread... but the sandwich was good thou

O boi I had hectic evening trying to catch the one in portmore before it close, even though I called in before that I was on my way, however the traffic was terrible snd i reached 30 minutes after closing time, but when I go I really did want the sandwich so bad, and I had my whole family heart set on it, but when I reached they day they are closed and I am late so I can't get it, I told them we all get ready from my home and I specifically come direct to there, not going or passing thru to somewhere else, this is where we left to come and I plea for them to make the sandwiches, however the supervisor by the name Ms Silma assist us and made the sandwich, she do remember the phone conversation with one of her staff, I must comment on her customer service skills, she knows that service is her goal, she has great customer service skills, and the security officer, Richard Mitchell was very nice and pleasant, and customer service skills was great. And we did enjoy the sandwiches.
