The owner has good interpersonal skills to be fair and she is technically competent in the service that I was offered, however when I made my appointment, there was a breakdown in communication between the employee and employer. Therefore, I had to be waiting for over four hours to use the service. I also tried contacting you several times to tell you but it was to no avail
Hi Ms. Reid, I am sure there is a reason for a review panel that is available for rating business places. You noticed I referred to the breakdown in the communication between you and your employee and also to the length of time that I had to wait. Yes I appreciate your apologies and your efforts to defend your business but there are both negative and positive aspects to a business. As such I believe there is room for improvement. This is nothing personal. Customers will naturally complain if their expectations aren't met. I'm simply being an honest customer. If you feel attacked or can't help but take it personal then I don't know what to tell you.
