The employees where very nice.

They have a wide variety of jamaican , chinese and american brands that are not usually available at local shops like Roland etc....Clean and efficient....friendly staff.

I don't usually buy groceries but they have the best Deli (eatery) lunch buffet. My fave little place to get lunch. Food freshly prepared everyday! If you showed up at 1:30pm though, chances are you wont get to buy lunch. Limited amount of food prep'd daily

Very convenient. They have everything including ground provisions, baked items such as cakes and also a restaurant that's sells cooked meals.

L & M Supermarket is a "quick stop" shop with all the essentials especially if you left something while you are on an out of town trip or just need a bread and your favorite juice.
