The only reason why there still in business is because people need the banking system ..theyre sloppy so sloppy I wonder how on earth they lasted this long ..that nice location will be jamaica first McDonald with a play room

Despite the current status of the environment business goes on smoothly at this location both for transaction in house and those at the Automated Teller Machines.

Visited the Liguanea location yesterday and I spent 2hours waiting to speak with a representative but end up leaving before i could because i had to return to my job since I was away from my desk for more than the 15minutes allowed. Today, November 8, I returned to the same branch at 8:40am. It is now 10:27am and I have not been able to speak with a representative. I called customer care and explained and was told they couldn't assist me. I then walked up to rep's area and asked to speak with the supervisor and I explained my situation to her but she too was of no assistance as I was told to wait until my number is called. Shame on you Scotia! Shame on you! I can't believe this is the way you treat a customer. What do I tell my supervisor and HR when I show up for work at this hour? Who pays me for today?
