I am dissapointed in the service of this branch the customer service is poor and they take a long time to process. however vmbs covid protocols they are doing great and I commend them for that. The ambiance is breathtaking

They publish that the Duke Street branch is opened until 3:00PM but in actuality, they lock that grill gate at 2:30PM Monday-Thursday and at 4:00PM on Fridays.

Customer service use to be good back in the day but it got poor since of lately, the phone lines ring without an answer and the online chat personnels are just rude & they take forever to answer your questions. I am disappointed.

The most archaic financial institution in Jamaica. The slowest customer service I've experienced and I've reluctantly had an account with them since childhood. Their products are not designed to meet the customer's needs and has no room for flexibility . Interest rates are the lowest for savings account. Its simply the least attractive financial institution in the island.
