Nice place to stay, with super WiFi for residents, security and dutiful cleaners, but the price for single room is damned too costly for students. Again, visitors are restricted, probably because of the Covid 19 protocols. I'll be glad to lodge there again.

The feeling of serenity that captivates you when you get to the front gate, well kept lawns, clean surroundings and the lush vegetation. These all add to the ambiance of the place. I love it!!

New residential hall so has modern amenities and sufficient parking space. Great internet speed for residents and living is minimally communal with a few shared room and shared kitchen only.

Delivery personal can't enter the compound

It's a good place to live. The only issue why they do not get a 4 or 5 star rating is due to their pricing for rooms. A single room would be ideal but with the current price not many students can afford it. The next option is for a double room. For persons who have no problems sharing a space it's ok. Not much storage space in comparison to the single room.
