I must say the staff at the Montego Bay Airport location is extremely pleasant and welcoming. As an Executive Elite Member with National I was very pleased with the entire experience on every occasion I've picked up a car here. Customer service and customer satisfaction from beginning of rental to return was amazing. Great staff with really nice cars. As a frequent traveler to Jamaica I would recommend this company to all travelers. Thanks National!!!

If i could rate this company any lower than i would, after finalizing my booking and organizing a ride to pick up the vehicle, i was informed that they have no vehicles. They then referred me to another company and doubled the rate. Absolutely terrible customer service!

Extremely pleasant and helpful staff unlike AVIS.Would recommend anytime.when in Jamaica I rent from nobody else.
