Serge Island is Jamaica's largest dairy farm and primary supplier of processed dairy milk, milk based beverages and fruit juices. It is located on a picturesque property, formerly a sugar plantation in the parish of St. Thomas. The processing facility was relocated to Bog Walk, St. Catherine in January, 2019. The hi-tech processing facility boasts the latest in aseptic packaging technology. The farming operation remains in St. Thomas
