The staff is professional, efficient and quick. During this pandemic time they enforce the rules of social distance, there is someone who wipe the teller area after each customer. So I am pleased.

I've been in the bank for over 2 hours. Sitting over an hour just to change the pin on my card. The bank isn't even full. Absolutely ridiculous. The workers are strolling by leisurely and having personal conversations for minutes after a customer has vacated their chair. Absolute rubbish!!!

I am so disappointed in doing business with this organization. In May 2011 I opened a fixed deposit account and another in January 2016. I closed both account in November 2019 at maturity and got almost three percent less than the amount I deposited initially. I thought the bank was a safe bet and you only loose money if it goes under. VMBS I NEED AN EXPLANATION. I know it was not the cost of the transfer as your representative told me it only cost JA$800. which I told the person assisting me that I wanted to pay over counter.

Encourages clients to save....very poor interest rates though
