This bank does absolutely NOTHING for its clients. There's no significant benefits. Their use of Citi bank as an intermediary bank to get paid is WORST decision they can make. FGB doesnt make an effort to even attempt to rectify anything

Very clean and cosy environment with a frindly staff. A little slow at times.

Banking hall clean. Staff very friendly and helpful.. system need some work and we are committed to getting that done. But relationship wise I dare you to find another like us..

For the drive thru the crs rep was mute the glass tint so I was there for a while before I recognize sum1 was really there luckily I was paying attention so realized my receipt was ready very atrocious disconnect the security guard posted by the drive thru was courteous pleasant and very professional
