I really enjoyed my experience at Cecil's. The food was well seasoned and left all at the table very satisfied. The prices on the menu are very commendable given the portion sizes of the dishes. A big shout out to our server Romario!

Back in the day, the food was excellent especially the fried chicken. Nowadays, the food is still good but not like in the past. It's one of the handful of restaurants in Spanish Town were you can dine in peace, have meetings and functions with fairly good parking and security. They also do delivery and I have never had any problems. I miss the golden days though and wish it would come back.

My second time at this restaurant food taste nice but the cashier is not professional though.. she need to be more pleasant for customers... I would go back to eat.
