If your car hasn't been washed good, don't expect the manager to accept responsibility. She will make up all sorts of invalid excuses to say why it isn't up to par. "The sun is hot", is my favourite one. The sun will always be there, how about making it so that the workers do not have to be washing in the sun (tarpaulin) or have the workers wear hats and keep hydrated. Be innovative, own up to your shortcomings, be humble and polite. Been a customer for a few months. It's honestly a gamble whether or not your vehicle will be washed properly... and you still pay the same money lol.

They wash cars well, but if you are in a flash, you will not make the time because they are very slow and costumers are always waiting to get their vehicles washed.
