If I could offer them an negative 100 rating I would. A family member recently had her glasses replaced with them and the staff was extremely unprofessional, lacking in customer service and obviously do not care about their customers. The staff was rude and confrontational. It took her 6 visits to get her glasses. After they call her each time to come and get it. The company should look to retrain this staff. If you need help use the Spanish town office instead, where the service is much better and you get a valued experience and treated fairly as you spend your money.
