This pharmacy is a good place to visit. Courteous staff, nice products. Clean, covid fighting place, safety measures in place!
Very poor customer service!
Need to improve their use of technology.
Had a refund credit note to purchase items. I couldn’t find the credit note and had to clear my credit balance all at once when I didn’t need to. They said they don’t have such documentation in their systems which makes no sense in this 21st century.
They should simply use E-receipts via email and have it documented in system so any time the customer comes, any staff can see it. The cashier some times has no clue of what a credit is when he/she should be able to look customer credit up if documented.
Fast and efficient. Staff are knowledgeable and quick to assist you. Clean environment and well organized. Easy to find what you are looking for. Closes a little early so get there early if you need to fill a prescription.
Service is great. A wide variety of items are available including makeup from most of the top brands, personal care and pharmaceutical items. Prices are competitive.
