Great customer service.

I visited this location twice and passed it because of the number of vendors on the outside. They literally block the sign that says Pablo's Fabric and only leave the entrance area to get into the store. Sadly this is the case for a lot of the businesses downtown. The prices here are very good and competitive. And they have a fairly wide variety of products on offer. Customer service was ok when I visited. Parking will have to be close by at one of the few parking spots available and then one walk to this store.
