Beautiful view. Party of 8 ordered on a sleepy Monday: sweet chilli fish (ketchup/some sweet sauce on breaded fish) and grilled chicken (chicken ribs and parts chopped up fine). Taste doesnt suit ambience. Staff is polite but need to work on menu.

Exceptional - Better than expected! Top notch service and food in a clean, casual atmosphere. Pleasantly surprised how delicious was all of the food my wife and I ordered. Everything from the ox tail to the snapper to the rice and beans to the sorrel drink was fantastic. The outside deck was very nice, modern rustic. There is a bit of a view of the mountains from the deck, but nothing spectacular. The deck mainly overlooks a few neighborhood houses and hangs over a very steep drop of a small ravine (don't put your phone or purse on the railing because I doubt you will be able to get it back!). UNlike the expensive cafe a couple miles up the hill with the fantastic view, the server was friendly, the prices very reasonable, and they weren't blasting trashy dance-hall rap. On Feb 14, 2020 my wife's ox tail platter was just under $1,400 JMD and my snapper platter was just under $1,200 JMD. The portions were enough that we both were filled. Crystal Edge shares the same deck space with Blue Cafe, so afterwards we got dessert from them.
