Kaya Herb House

Kaya would be my third herbal house to visit in Jamaica and my last. I'm very familiar with the story behind the owner and the growth of Kaya. I brought some of my local friends to the spot to give their opinion on the new site. The pizza has been the talk and pretty good, they also had chefs from hellshire beach cooking up fry fish and festival. They had a variety of seafood dishes on the menu, and that sums up Kaya. The marijuana was not impressive, the guy working the bar seem to be in another world and the seating was limited. Funny enough the establishment sits on a big property but with little seating. We had to find some building blocks for seats and a table for our pizza, no joke. But here's what turned me off from the start. Your aware these herbal houses can only take cash, the restaurant and bar included. I had to draw some extra cash at the ATM on the property which ONLY dispense U.S dollars. Why? We're in KINGSTON Jamaica, not the north coast. It also charged me SEVEN DOLLARS as a fee AND my bank charged me another $3 dollars for the transaction. TEN DOLLARS FOR ONE TRANSACTION?! Outside of the pizza and the stew fish, Kaya in my view didn't offer much. You can find better herb from other dispensaries in the city. Very disappointed.

OK so 2 months ago I gave a 2 star review on poor quality herb I was getting. Yesterday I gave it a shot again and it's safe to say the quality is back up. So you guys get 5 stars this time. Keep it up

If I could give minus stars Kaya would certainly get it!! Guess the owners either have enough money or clueless about the poor service.

Never again!! I would recommend everybody to look somewhere else. There are many other Herb Houses in Kingston where quality, service and pricing is another level. Kaya Herb house is ridiculously expensive and the quality is poor, very poor. I bought almost 7.500JMD product and immediately asked my money back after realising the poor quality, the supervisor refused to refund me (shortly after buying it). I had no other option than leaving Kaya Herb House without my money and without product, as i refuse to consume poor quality product. (can you imagine?) I had great expectations, however Kaya is not that kind of herb house where you have great product amazing perks and discount when purchasing frequently.

Nice vibes, great weed, and very good pizza! Must of kingston!
