My gosh!! U mean to tell me say in this pandemic the branch manager for the bank couldn't put some tent or something to accommodate customers and members of the bank who have to wait in the long sun hot to go in!!??? I am so disappointed!! And yet still u want our money!! What a piece a libatty taking people them!!?

Least efficient NCB I have been to. The line is extremely long and there at 4 tellers at the counter only one working and the line is Long. This is ridiculousness. If I could post the review without a star I would. Theses people are lackadaisical. And it’s unacceptable. A review of this bank’s efficiency should be done also a review of the employees.

I went to this bank and Sunday night at 11 PM I put my credit card in the machine I entered the wrong pin machine took my card on Monday morning I went to the bank and explain what happened to me they they said they don’t return cards I explain to them that I am here on vacation I have no other means of finances and I need my card back today is Wednesday night no one has spoken to me call me or get in touch with me this Bank is one of the worst banks I think this bank should not be using this technology because they are a bunch of idiots there I really do believe this
