I went in to this thing needing guidance and that is exactly what Avia provided. She was very patient with me, answered all my questions and even made herself available to me after 5 o'clock. They really do the leg work for you, all I really did was read and sign papers; so from approaching my preferred financial institution to dealing with everything at the tax office, I have to give them a big thanks because that meant limited time away from work for me and I really have to give kudos to their customer service abilities.

I was expecting to do business with this place. Communication is tardy. I asked about the 20% duty concession. The sales rep I was in dialogue with keeps telling me that the duty is minus 20% of the total price of the car. I never got back a response as if someone is wiling to deal with me, probably because they realize they don't know what they are talking about. I just went to another mart. If things change I will reconsider doing business with them.
