Personally I think this company is a good company customer service is good most of the time you might have a one off rep but mostly solid team. The contractor that did the installation however was unprofessional in my estimation late and unprepared thus the 3 star wanted to leave two but it would have been unfair to the company still I won’t disassociate the contractor from the company cause they sent them.

I've bought several of the inverter fans and recommended them to others. They are friendly and seem to be customer service oriented.
