I was walking all over Downtown looking for a suction cup (to carry out a battery replacement job on my phone. Yes I am a Youtuber who believes I can do anything with a little help from YouTube😁). Most persons didn't have a clue what it was and that made finding it all the more frustrating. I ended up having to start asking random people on the street where I could find one or a keyring with one attached as you commonly see stuck to the windscreen of taxis. All roads lead to this store... Apparently you can get most anything there! They didn't have the cup by itself but I was able to get a keyring teddy bear with one which I was pleased about. When I am done with the suction cup I will just give the keyring to someone who cares for such things. But yeah, I am happy for the uniqueness of this ONE store/shop/wholesale that was able to provide me with what I needed I won't bother to let the sales clerk whose lunch/dinner I disturbed initially, which almost resulted in my leaving the store without the item, affect my rating. I am just happy the store was able to sort my need. Besides, those work environments can in fact make one impatient (not excusing poor customer service but it is a give and take sometimes...)

Steering wheel covers, reflector sunscreens, kitchenware and almost every non-food item are available at extremely lower prices and you will get an even lower price if you buy three of one item. The place is well stocked with a wide variety of goods and people are always shopping there so this wholesale is never empty.

There is a very, very poor customer service, and for a long time. One cannot engage the service attendant, without being insulted, or reprimanded for the slightest slip-up, and to make it worst, it's from the asian female attendant, whom seems to be a part of the business, or a senior in service. The locals there seems to be walking on egg shells, and are the ones most courteous, welcoming and decent, when dealing with you.

My experience is I order via WhatsApp. They prepare the goods..I Pick up and pay... located on Princess street which is a one way down. They have parking but it's best to shop here early.
