I don't know who or what Ms. Campbell thinks she is. I think she's some supervisor or manager that sits in the 2nd left office, yes that 2nd door on the left as u enter this branch. She's arrogant! I observe her when she's around the customer service section(platinum card holder part at the back) And as a valued customer, i realized that she treats her employees horrible! And sadly she shows up her bad attitude in the midst of customers. Please check her because maybe she's stressed out in this pandemic but her attitude and impression is not at all professional.

Above average banking services with very poor customer service, the app is the best I've seen.

They are VERY SLOW. The tellers are unwilling to do their job so they give you HORRIBLE advice and you have to keep coming back because of lack of information. I wish I could give them ZERO STARS
