I've never had to complain about a messed up order. However, they always seem to run out of milkshake for some reason. Some of their employees offer good service and never come off as being rude and then there are the rest.

Even Mr Chin patty shop is more orderly than this! Hard to tell if a mgr was on duty. Staff chatting loudly about personal matters. Inappropriate for food establishment let alone a business. No sense of urgency. Customers are NOT a priority.
