After placing my order, with limited time to board my flight at Norman Manley International Airport in Kingston, Jamaica on 1/1/19, I later notice that the person preparing the food was NOT wearing any gloves AT ALL. I asked the other person who was bagging the food why don't they wear gloves and she stated that "they keep their fingernails very short and frequently wash their hands". This a HUGE disappointment and I feel that BK dropped the ball on this. Training their staff on not wearing gloves when preparing foods and ALL of this having the nerve to justify with an excuse on why it's OK to not wear gloves is completely unacceptable and UNSANITARY. If I had more time and was able to notice this huge flaw prior to making my order I would have requested a refund and not order any food from this Burger King location. I ended up throwing away my burger once I got on the airplane to New York.
