Kaz Kreol Beach Lodge

Not a bad place, the beach is very nice but was rough when I was there. The food is good but the place can be better kept. Some cash to fix the surroundings and it can be a force to recon with.

Wonderful open air atmosphere, on beautiful beach with elegantly simple furnishings. Drinks were well stocked & of good selection. Food was great, adequate portions & well prepared in correct Greek tradition with a welcomed slight fusion twist.

Very nice beach, kept clean. Water is clear , which is one of the things I look for in a beach. Bar staff are pleasant.

Be aware that even if you book this hotel with free cancellation, the hotel will not refund the money they charge at time of booking ($200 for us), even if the cancellation is done well within the free-cancel time period. We cancelled our booking one month in advance (well before the risk-free cancellation period), and several weeks later the hotel has still not refunded the deposit that should have been per the terms at the time of booking. Given several other reviews here complaining about similar issues, this property is definitely not recommended.

The staff at this Lodge were quite friendly...kudos to Mario the lifeguard and the life of the beach. The beach and the bordering river were well maintained and clean. New beach chairs are needed and the rooms need a bit of upgrade, nontheless a time well spent.
