I've been shopping with Payless for over 10 years, both in the states and here in Jamaica and I must say I had the worst experience ever the other day at the Fairview, Montego store. I had an issue and asked to speak with a supervisor, the supervisor suggested I speak with the manager. The manager - Soniesha L. not knowing I was standing outside the door rudely told the supervisor " mi nah chat to nobody". The supervisor made 2 trips inside the office requesting for the manager to come and speak with me and until this day. After having to get loud she eventually told the supervisor to refund me. Corporate office needs to know who they put as manager in a customer service environment. I would never shop at that location ever again.

They want to check temperature on head which I have heard is not good for health.I was ready to get it checked on my wrist or anywhere else but they were not ready for it and didn’t allow me inside.That’s not right.I have read it several times that checking temperature on head is not safe and good for your health.

Shoes quality never seized to amazed me!!! Just need more sneakers for male as the variety of male sneakers aren't enough.
