Due to the Covid protocols, the waiting time was really long on the outside in the hot sun... about 3 hrs! Once inside, it went smoothly and the rep was pleasant. Please note that before joining the long line, it's best to speak with the security at the door...he will say whether to join the line or not

Spacious and clean. Fairly good customer service. Wait time was a bit more than I anticipated, but I was checked on ever so often.

Flow is the worst run company in Jamaica. They are a telephone company who doesn't have a working phone number and even when it works nobody ever answers. I have been standing in line for 2 hours and have not even gotten inside the store. It is my advice if you can avoid using flow services do that. Digicel is far superior and they actually have a working customer service. The security at the door is letting his friends in yet the line never moves. If I could give them a rating of less than zero I would.

Slow to be served customer service is slow. All the customers who i see there are complaining. This business needs competition in order for them to improve. There is a lot of things wrong with this business.
