First Heritage Co-operation Credit Union

Good afternoon , i have an issue using an ATM and tried to get it resolved which to date has proven futile. I thought that during this time of covid-19 pandemic these financial institutions would show some amount of empathy rather than being so cold and callous. My account was not defrauded, but a malfunctioning ATM which should have taken a mere few days to resolve. I have been to the branch on more than one occasion, stood in long line due to social distancing, call spoke with a representative then placed on hold.......i am still holding. I visited again on the 22. 05. 2020 went through the lengthy process and was promised that operations would have sorted out the problem so i can access my funds after explaining my frustration and the fact that my bills need to be paid and i must get groceries for my home seeing that it will be a long weekend. I am lead to make this review because i am still waiting......I don't need sympathy from this institution all i am saying is that customer service is floor level, and you guys need to show EMPATHY for your members. Still waiting my funds to be reversed.
