As it relates to booking the appointment that was ok the representative guided through the process and was very helpful ,however things took a twist upon meeting doctor khan he was a bit unpleasant to deal with, persons are ill and coming to do these tests can be frightening and depressing you can’t come off as angry or aggressive to your patients I was dealt with very hostile and I’m traumatized by it ,I paid for a service and felt like I was begging and at the end of the procedure I was hurriedly placed on a toilet seat my clothes was quickly put on and wheeled out of the building while I was still groggy and could barely see a thing I wish I had tried to read the reviews before I went there

Our initial engagement with the Endoscopy centre was very pleasant; the appointment process was easy. However on the day of the procedure we were disappointed with the service. Firstly, the small waiting area was much too crowded; there was very little attention to social distancing. Then the experience with Dr. Kahn was unpleasant. His tone and mannerism was unfriendly. On completion of the procedure we spent the entire recovery period sitting on a toilet, then we were told that we could go home. The need for customer service training was also very obvious. We hope that the Endoscopy centre will use this feedback to improve their service.
