DO NOT USE THEIR NEW APP After paying my bill in full and on time, my power was cut regardless. It took 9 calls and a visit in person to finally find the transaction. However I STILL have not been reconnected. No compensation, even though they broke their guarantee, nothing. It disgusts me that this company is a monopoly because even if their was a more expensive alternative, I would take it in a heartbeat.

The toll-free number that we have to call for customer service eats up your credit and no matter how far you are in the conversation, you have to call back and start over with another rep. It can be frustrating. Please give us a reliable 876 number :(
