If I could give this place 0 stars I would. If you want to wait 2 hours for your food, come here. We ordered at 7:01 literally cause I remember randomly checking my watch, food didn’t arrive until 8:46 and still had to wait for one last member’s plate. HOW is it that I wait so long and the food is cold. Make it make sense. Customer service is HORRIBLE! The hostess server lady brought our drinks out and practically flung them on the table. I’ve never been to a restaurant that didn’t even try to ask who ordered what and just placed the orders on the side and have their customers figure it out. They forgot half our order and still tried to charge us for it. The server said for the inconvenience of the extremely cold cardboard fries he’d comp the other 2 orders, yet still he didn’t have authority to do so and they still charged us. We just wanted to escape that God awful place. Only positive thing is the dj and photographer was good. OTHERWISE if you want to waste money and time come here.

There were 3 employees, a guy, a light-skinned female and a dark-skinned female. My waitress was the dark-skinned female. Probably she needs some more customer service training, her face was dull all the time. The guy was cool. The menu wants more options but I guess that will happen with expansion. Now for the good; This place is amazing, the setting, the feel, everything. The food is more than amazing. Roots 21 is doing something for Portland. Big up chef, whoever you are. Anybody who hasn’t been there as yet, I urge you to, immediately. Despite the complaints at the beginning, still a 5-star for me.

My experience was amazing and the customer service was everything. I love how you can enjoy good music at the same time the food was good. My favorite was the strawberry daiquiri 🤤🤤

Nice atmosphere. The wait for the food was well worth it, delicious. Server was attentive, checked on us while we waited. Will be back when in Port Antonio.

This place is absolutely beautiful. Mojito was poor and the food is over priced. But the service is quick and the ambiance is beautiful
