Payless Ocho Rios

Place is too small for customers , however they have a wide variety of shoes sales reps were very nice and helpful

Last week, I went shopping for shoes at Payless, Ochio Rios. I brought three shoes but one of the shoe box does not good. For this reason, I requested to change a new shoe box to one of the staff members. She said they don’t have shoe box for it.OMG, Do you think is it possible for Payless. Ok, I told Cashier I don’t take this shoe box and will leave it at cashier. The same staff member said take and throw it in the bin at outside. I am wonderful where can I find customer service at Payless in Ocho Rios. I am so sad Payless assign this staff.
