Mystic Ridge Resort

My word. The place was beautiful but the service was beyond poor. The front desk had no idea we were coming, even tho we made the booking in advance. Everything was off. It was raining and we had to wait at the gate while everyone else was let in. Poor to say the least. 0 stars.

My stay was very very comfortable and so relaxing. Fiona ...... thanks for accommodating me and my family on such short notice........ we all enjoyed ourselves and we are definitely looking forward to make a next vacation weekend there at Apt. 69 Mystic Ridge......... the pool was clean and relaxing. ....... thanks a million again....... Good day, My stay here was good not great to say the least. My biggest grape was the lack of Wifi connectivity for a full day. I realized it's the not the resorts fault the Wifi is down. A microwave would be a awesome addition to the rooms.

This place is heavily infested with bugs. I had to throw out all of my luggage and belongings after tiny insects where crawling in my clothes, hair, on the bed, in our food etc. The pool is disgusting and abandoned. It surely does not look anything like the pictures. The staff was not helpful in our complaints about the bug infestation. I would never recommend anyone to stay here because I believe it is a health risk. And I surely do not recommend children to stay here.

The pool is not safe🤷🏽‍♀️, I went into the pool not knowing that it wasn't clean there wasn't a sign to indicate that the pool is unclean and there was security lady just sitting and watching us in the pool knowing that the pool was dirty. The "restaurant choices" for breakfast didn't make any sense because if a person want fry dumplings with boil banana they can't get it, 2 dishes are served for breakfast what happens to the person that doesn't eat any of them a wider variety of dishes should be available. The place needs to be closed and renovated❗❗
