Oak Paradise

First I must say, Ms. Sophia is one of the BEST host you can have.😍 On my first afternoon at the Villa, we were greeted by a lovely house aid who offered her assistance with absolutely everything!! Ms. Sophia called us constantly just to ensure that we were comfortable and that everything was fine. We were hosting a baby shower for a very close friend- it was a surprise shower! She was very very pleased and delighted when she came by the Villas!! Immediately, other friends started to market the venue!!!! Most impressive!!!!!! Sophia and the Team!!!.... continue the very hard work. Never stopping. Always caring. Always sharing. Always giving. We loved the space and you will see us again soon!

I have stayed at oak paradise more than once and I am in love and I will return. my husband loves here and wants to stay here every time we are in St.Ann. Sparkly clean, great ambiance & Decor. Sophia our host was amazing and she made sure we were all comfortable even my toddler. I stayed summer of last year and summer of this year and I will definitely be back next year summer. YOU WONT REGRET STAYING THERE. Just lovely I keep gushing about the place to my friends.

I have stayed at Sophia's place Oak Paradise for 2 consecutive years for my Ocho Rios Vacation and I have never regretted it. Firstly Sophi is a very warm, nice, friendly and accommodating host, she is always ready and willing to go beyond the call of her duty to ensure her guests are comfortable. She is literally just a phone call away as she will call to check in if everything is okay with us at the property or if there is anything that we need. The property is so comfortable, its like a home away from home. If you want peace and tranquility outside the hustle and bustle of the town Oak Paradise is the place for you. The beds are comfortable, soft, cozy, the sheets are always clean and fresh. All the amenties listed are always provided and works just fine. The Jamaican breakfast is heavenly, and is always prepared well and on time. I will definitely be visiting again and will not hesitate to recommend anyone to visit.

My family and I rented this Airbnb for 10 days. The first day we arrived we had to stack rooms because the previous tenant were still occupying the rooms. Throughout our stay there were multiple issues to include no hot water, no toilet paper or paper towels replacements, roach infestation, broken doorknobs, and no working dryer. Some of these items were advertised as being provided on the booking website. The owner was at the property almost every day and even accused my son of soiling one of her towels and me for breaking the AC unit. Only to find out that my son was no where near her towels and the AC breaking was due to a mechanical issue. When I asked her for an apology she became hysterical, saying that I was disrespecting her and that my son and I should leave her property. Keep in mind that I had already paid for my entire stay. Our four rooms were booked through to the 10th but we checked out a day earlier, which gave her an extra $40 US dollars per room. So in total that was an additional $160 US dollars that she was able to pocket. A class in hospitality and customer service should be required to start a business. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Management needed a course in hospitality. Miss Sophia was very argumentative and not accommodating. Shower leaks into the bathroom floor, towels were air dried making them feel like sand paper.no microwave in unit. Complains about using too much a/c., had to buy toilet paper, too much open access leading to roaches in unit.
