Worse experience I had for $12,000 a night. No wifi... Door had old locks that could easily be broken off, we got no towels, we stayed for 3 days an the room wasn't cleaned once. No hot water in bathroom, the bath leaked hence the bathroom floor was full of water each time u take a shower. I was told they had restaurant on site for lunch n dinner but yet we had to leave the property for that. The settee in living areas wasn't cleaned properly... Overall experience was 1/5.

CLOSE TO TOWN AND BEACHES, GREAT PRICE!!!! I stay here all the time and the service at the front desk and security is great! Andre at the front desk is the best! Ms. Thompson and all the other housekeepers are great will do anything you ask. The Landscape it kept up by the best Gardner's and landscapers. Not one bad thing to say. The price is right, close to Margarita's, the beach, food, walk to town, Dunn's River, Dolphin's Cove. Ask for a taxi and check out Blue Hole or now "Island Gully Falls". Nice place for a week stay or longer cause you have your own kitchen and can ask for a staff to even cook if you don't know how to cook Jamaican food. Pool is always clean...anything you want just ask any staff. Every condo is different as they are usually owned by different people.

I shared unit 39 with a friend for 5 days and 4 nights and it was the worst stay in Jamaica ever. The AC in the master bedroom did not work at all, the water pressure was so slow we took gallon bottles of water to the shower to rinse off with and there was only one tv in the unit. On day 3 we heard a pop and the refrigerator and electrical on one side of the kitchen stopped working. The place is run down with extension cords running everywhere and you could clearly see wood rot and something that looked like mold on both doors on the second level balconies. The furniture was old and dirty. This owner needs to totally gut this unit and stop renting it, I was so concerned about the electrical I turned off the breaker to the stove. I have included pictures so you can see what you're getting if you rent unit 39.
