I rented a large drill to bore a 2 and half inch hole in concrete wall. This was my second time renting a drill. First time no problems. This time I got a defective drill. Even though it was tested before I left, I guess under pressure when I started using it the drill started smoking. I returned it immediately. Even though I was expecting a fight knowing how most Jamaican companies are regarding returns. I thought they would say it was tested before I left the location and try pinning the defect on me. That was not the case. They were very professional and realized that I had got a defective unit. They probably could see that the bit in the drill was hardly used. So even though I wasted a little time having to return to the store for another unit I still gave 4 stars because not entirely their fault in a business with used tools. All in all had a good interaction and will certainly use them again.

It is very rare that you can't get the tool you want to rent there. I know the owner personally. He and his staff are very courteous and professional.
