1 1/2 hour wait for table, and 1/2 hr before drinks. Not good, amazing that food that bad is served at a 4 star resort. Waitress was trying, but couldn't make excuses for the poor quality of food. Tortilla soup was odd and cold, calamari was cold, and cooked in old grease. When I returned the calamari they refried the cold ones in the burnt grease again and served it on the same grease soaked lettuce. I don't expect much from resort food but this was ridiculous.

At Secrets Wild Orchid: the dessert and salsa was amazing. The rice really didn’t wow me like it was really Mexican. The first night I ordered the snapper- not good. He ordered the Pechuga chicken he loved it. The next dinner we ordered chicken and beef tacos. They were delicious. For dessert we had tres leches cake it was delicious. Christmas dinner we had Chilean sea bass. It was delicious
