S Hotel Jamaica

I do not know where to start. The hotel staff is phenomenal, they really make you feel important. From the start of our visit Andres was very pleasant, welcoming and always greeted us and our son Logan with a bright smile. The property is beautiful but what really makes our experience the best was the staff. Farrah is amazing and practice all the safety measures for a safe visit at the restaurant. She is very accommodating and goes over and beyond to ensure that we have a great experience. My favorite part of my stay is definitely dinners at the restaurant. Chef Matthew Phillips is incredible, he makes my favorite dish curry tofu. I stayed here last year and I came back to the property this year specifically because of the food. My son and I are vegan and the chef made sure he created tasty meals for us to enjoy. I couldn’t have asked for a better expert experience. This hotel is definitely a must visit because of the staff, food, views and amenities.

If I could give this place a 10/10 I would. Especially during the pandemic. From the staff to the rooms, to the cleanliness. I was impressed. The staff was so lovely and they seem happy to be working at this establishment. The pool was clean and the pool area was cleaned after every use. I couldn’t ask for a better trip. The only thing I ask is that you guys open another S Hotel in Negril... will be visiting again

My stay was amazing, soon as we arrived everybody was very nice. Especially Romaine, he was the best driver there is! He made sure we were good and looked out for all of us . As tourist feeling safe is a priority as well he let us know places to go. Definitely would recommend him !

I had an amazing time at the S-Hotel Jamaica! The hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous right off the beach. I ordered a candlelit dinner the second night hosted by Kimberlynn and she really set things out!! The only reason for the 4 STARS is due to the lack of variety on the inclusive breakfast. Other than that ALL was amazing and we will be back!

I quite enjoyed my stay. The scenery (sea view and pool) was great. The customer service was also exceptional. From front desk to line staff. The room was amazing. Double shower and a bath tub at a separate part was unexpected but really appreciated. Would've preferred more variety where the food I'd concerned, but the preparation and presentation was awesome.
