Relax Resort Montego Bay

3rd time staying here lack of staff based on covid but let me tell you there is a worker there by the name of JUNIOR he is a excellent worker he goes above & beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay

It's was a awesome experience, we had a memorable time there.

Excellent facade.. great rooms and good customer service.

The owner is nice n welcoming, improvements needed, no security although there’s cameras everywhere, didn’t feel safe and no lights at night to see where I was going.

It was poor. I dont know if the pandemic caused it to get so run down but it was poor i only gave it two stars because of the view I had from my room of the ocean.
