Tropical Court Hotel - Montego Bay Airport, Jamaica

This place need a whole lot of work it run right down its not for vacation just for a one night stay.. there was no preparation when we get there rooms dusty and the smell..bathrooms bowl was terrible I would never stay here again or recommend anyone to..place need to fix up to accommodate guests

My friend had her wedding here its pretty affordable, staff is great, food just ok nothing special, alot of room for improvement though, need refurbished

This is the worse place I have been to, the kitchen is not sanitary the place is infested and the utensils are not clean, I went there to have an event and it was the worse. Also, the management team is homophobic, this is not a nice place and I would not advise anyone to visit the space I got sick from the food and the place. A remark was made by a manager while I was there and he's words were "He doesn't want gay people at his resort and if they are to make him get money he dose not want it." This is the the worse service and experience I have gotten.

Great for a 1 night 5 minutes from airport.

Upon entering receptionist was on phone didn't even acknowledge us, we stood there for a while then eventually sit before we were asked, how she could assist. We eventually left. Customer service is extremely poor.
