Zoëtry Montego Bay Jamaica

We had the most incredible stay at Zoetry!! The entire staff was amazing. From the front desk, restaurants and bars...everyone was an absolute pleasure. The rooms were huge and it was very clean. The pool was immaculate, delicious food (along with great options!), and the pier was our favorite way to start and end each day. Can’t say enough great things about this place! Hope to be back one day.

Lovely place, not only pristine but the greenery and foliage created a prefect oasis. Just simply beautiful. The rooms were well kept. Everything hygenically packaged, body products up to the remote control. All the protocols were observed. Spacing for dinner, staff masked. The food was good as well and the green juice was awesome. It was our anniversary and I had called prior and spoke to Millicent who answered the phone. She remembered and ensured that we got a lovely cake at dinner. The anniversary banner on our door was also a nice touch...simple not overdone. Every member of staff we engaged with was so attentive and authentic....keep this oasis please and keep nurturing your staff. I know Covid has made it very difficult to survive and we appreciate you for your efforts. We felt safe and in these times that is priceless.

Excellent place for purely just relaxation and to achieve peace of mind. The rooms were excellent and held up to a high degree of standard, the staff were pleasent and always willing to assist in any matter. However, if you are looking for an experience with entertainment and activities to do, this may not be for you as it was quite limited. Food was also limited as it was only two restaurants.

Loved it . We enjoyed ourselves...immensely. The staff and their hospitality was warm and welcoming. The General Manager was very nice too. Can't wait to go back 😍🤗

The rooms and general facilities were great , the staff were helpful and professional and go beyond the call of duty. I will take the time to mention Kyle front house staff, Melissa the bartender and Renee at the front desk they made the stay great.However the lack of activities and limited food choices made the stay unpleasant. The room service food was horrible and not matching the description on the tablet you order on.The food choices are limited and there is no buffet.The portions are very small so be prepared to order several portions to feel full.There is an option to eat at breathless or secrets 6pm to 10pm but they are 20 minutes drive away and round trip taxi fare was 80 us dollars.The options are more but kinda expensive if you don't have your own transport.
