Iberostar Selection Rose Hall Suites

The people are really personable and fun. Peaches, Carlos, tiny, Suzi and Kevin Hart 2.0 are in entertainment and are a blast from the pool side games to the nightly entertainment like karaoke and the dance party. People in restaurants are so nice and want to make your stay wonderful. The massage therapists were fantastic. Just a great experience. They lined up golfing for us one day and it was so fun. The bartenders are great we loved Anthony, Felix and Alexia. Everyone made our stay special and safe.

This was one of the best vacations I have ever been on. The entertainment team was amazing and we were all best friends by the end of our trip. Kiki, Peaches, Kevin Hart 2.0 and Suzie are on the entertainment team and made our stay special by always keeping us busy with fun activities and dancing our butts off. This was an amazing trip and I want to come back again. Also the food was delicious and every worker was nice and so polite. If you want to have fun and meet new friends, I recommend. And don’t forget to bring your dancing pants!

Our stay here was great, the staff was awesome. The entertainment was great, Peaches in particular was so funny, very personable and made sure we were included in all the fun. He remembered us the whole trip and made us feel very valued. Suzy and Kevin Hart 2.0 were also great, they made all the events so much fun. The server staff was so friendly as well, we had Rick Caya a few nights in a row and she was excellent. They made us feel very safe despite the ongoing pandemic. They staff all wore masks, made sure everyone was socially distanced, and made sure everything was kept very clean. Overall, the stay here was very pleasant and I would love to come back.

Entertainment was absolutely awesome but Peaches absolutely made the week for me with his excellent ping pong lessons. Alexia, Felix and Antoneil at the Prestige lounge on the beach were super as well. Chad served us coconuts that were great. Completely went out of his way for the coconuts. Kevin, the head of entertainment loaned me a ping pong paddle to play Peaches, I didn’t win but but had him playing much harder. In all sincerity, EVERYONE was absolutely super and made this trip one of our best ever!!!

My stay at the suites was magnificent!! During this "global pandemic" Iberostar as taking a lot of precautions, to make sure we as guest feel safe. I would like to take the time out as a club member!! To show my out most respect towards the staff and management for making us having a wonderful vacation. In the entertainment department I would like to say thank you to (Peaches), Kevin heart 2.0 , Suzie, etc and also the restaurant staffs Bar staffs etc.
