Exceptional service and great entertainment. Surprisingly good food at all the restaurants. The space could use some upgrading in some areas and getting to the rooms can feel like a maze. COVID policy: They only open the buffets for breakfast and some restaurants are only open on specific days which was a bit disappointing.

We selected this price based on the reviews on its cleanliness and the pictures of the property plus the Hyatt brand. However, it was nothing close to any of the all inclusive resorts we’ve experienced so far every year. First of all, there is not variety of foods and options for restaurants. Its buffet is extremely small and the same food is served every morning. No variety whatsoever for breakfast. Dinner restaurants are not good either. Not many options and those two that are open have not met our standard so far. Second, the staff who serve the food have such a low energy and seem to be upset serving people! Third, the entertainment at night is basic and nothing extraordinary at all. I don’t know whether COVID has impacted the way this resort operates or not, but we wish we selected another resort such as Grand Palladium, where we had such a blast last year in Mexico! One more thing, the tours offered at the hotel are 2-3X of the price that you can get directly. We noticed this after we spent around $1500 for 3 tours. The only reason for 3 stars is the cleanliness of the hotel and rooms and the surrounding areas. That’s it! Although 5 more days is left to the end of our vacation here, I don’t think my feedback changes. We won’t be back to this place any more.

The weather, property and staff was amazing. Samantha at the buffet was my One favorite employee. She made the best eggs Benedict for us every morning. So good! We would love to come back. Thank you!

Stayed here in November 2019 and the property was amazing. The food, service, cleanliness of the hotel, beach, pool, entertainment, everything. I had the best facial ever by Antionette in the spa and the comforters on the beds were the most luxurious ever. It was like sleeping on a cloud. I loved the way the two properties flowed, and the whole thing was just beautiful.
