Great staff, good service and reasonable prices

I think the service is terrible. I have been trying to buy chickens and the person who answers the phone is very uncaring, unprofessional and dismissive. She totally lacks customer service skills. On the days when chickens are ordered she told me to call back and when I do the same number goes to fax tone. I have been trying to get an order in for a while now. Today I called and she told me to call her in 30 minutes after she has finished selling. I did and nothing! I finally called Agro grace and they took my order. Told me I could not get this week but my details were taken for next Thursday. The lady at farm hut never did that. I am never shopping there again. I have been a customer for years but enough is enough.

Such a reliable place in stocks and price it's a up and down for staff but if u ask me the service I would about 85% good which is good for business
